1. a) How long do I have to cancel my purchase or return a product?
The user has a period of fourteen calendar days to decide to return the "Product" from the date of receipt of the same, without incurring any penalties or costs, except for those corresponding to the return and without any justification is required.
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the user or an authorized third party receives the product.
1. b) How can I cancel the purchase?

1. c) What are the requirements for exercising the right of withdrawal?
The User can return the Products by post to the following address: ShopIC at C/ Jose Negrin 6D, 35572 - Tias De Lanzarote - SPAIN. In the event of cancellation by you, we will refund all payments received from you including shipping costs (if any). However, for this purpose you must send back the goods directly to us or deliver them to us without undue delay and at the latest within 14 calendar days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to take back the goods. A repayment made after this period does not count as withdrawal.
