1.a) How long do I have to withdraw from the purchase or to decide to return a product?
The user will have a period of fourteen calendar days to decide to return the "Product" from the date of receipt of the same without incurring any penalty or expense, except those corresponding to the return and without the need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product by the user or an authorized third party.
1.b) How can I cancel the purchase?
If you wish to return the product or withdraw from the purchase, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement by post to ShopIC at the following address: Calle San Pedro 36/13, 35572 - Tias De Lanzarote; or by e-mail to email@example.com
Although its use is not mandatory, any communication in which they inform of the exercise by their part of the right of withdrawal before the corresponding term expires.
1.c) What are the requirements for exercising the right of withdrawal?
The user may return the products by post at the following address: ShopIC at Calle San Pedro 36/13, 35572 - Tias De Lanzarote - SPAIN.
In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs, (if any). But for this you must return or deliver the products directly to us, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal decision. Any return made outside the aforementioned period will not be considered a withdrawal.
1.d) How is the refund made?
ShopIC will refund the amount of the product using the same means of payment used by you at the time of purchase, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the withdrawal.
In the event that the order has been delivered, we may withhold the refund until we have received the products, or until you present proof of their return. When returning a "Product", we recommend that you obtain proof of sending it.
In accordance with section e) of article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the right cancellation will not apply to the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
